Tender description
The LB of Tower Hamlets will be completing two developments of supported housing shortly and is looking for one provider to deliver the support service at 130 Sewardstone Road (4 units) and 12 Norman Grove (7 units). The Council is seeking an innovative, creative, flexible and committed provider prepared to work in close and effective partnership with adults with learning disability, with their family/carer and with a wide range of local partners, including the Council, to provide personalised supported accommodation to individual adults with learning disability with various levels of needs. LB Tower Hamlets as commissioning authority, is issuing this for information only, in order to understand the reaction of the market and mobilise interest.
