Tender description
MSV Housing are seeking to appoint a list of subcontractors to provide scaffolding services to our Property Care Department on both tenanted and voids properties (including flat blocks), the procurement will be conducted via Contractor DPS – Lot 2 Repairs & Voids - Scaffolding. Contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 3 x 12 months based on satisfactory performance.
