Tender description
To provide orthodontic assessment to a specific cohort of patients, these are patients currently on a community dental service waiting list. All patients will require a new assessment to determine if treatment is required using national scoring criteria. The service is looking to procure NHS Primary Care Orthodontic Service [under 18s]: • Undertake patient orthodontic assessments • Develop individualised patient treatment plans • Application of appliances • Provision of regular monthly appointments for duration of treatment • Removal of appliances • Monitor patients in retention • Participate in the Health Board Audit process
