Tender description
Provide independent technical verification, financial monitoring and grant management advice and support to the Scottish Industrial Energy Transformation Fund and Emerging Energy and Technologies Fund. Lot 1: The Service Provider will review and monitor implementation and progress against grant milestones for projects that have been successful in receiving funding against the project programme; to monitor each project's compliance with the terms and conditions of the grant funding letter and verify eligible expenditure against key project milestones.
