Conwy County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as the Client) is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor (for clarity, reference to Tenderer within these documents should be taken as having the same meaning as Contractor) for the performance of the following contract: Colwyn Bay Leisure Centre Reception Area – Minor Remodelling and Refurbishment Works Form of Contract The form of Contract for this Scheme will be NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract, Option A: Priced Contract with activity schedule, June 2017 including Amendments (2023); secondary Options X2, X4, X7, X12 X15, X16, X17, Y(UK)2 and Z Clauses.
