About the buyer
Eastleigh Borough Council serves the borough of Eastleigh in Hampshire, and buys as a local authority. A Dynamic Purchasing System covers civil engineering works. A separate Residential Construction Dynamic Purchasing System is split into lots by contract value. Housing development work includes the One Horton Heath project, where groundworks for the first residential parcel have been awarded. Published notices span construction, business services and environment work.
Over the past 5 years, most of Eastleigh Borough Council's contract awards have been in construction work, architectural and engineering services and furniture and furnishings.
