The HSE wishes to engage PV specialists to carry out supply and installation of roof mounted Solar PV Panels for St. Francis Hospice Blanchardstown where St. Francis Hospice will be the Contracting Authority for the works. The project will be overseen by J.V Tierney to ensure it meets all the specifications outlined in the tender.
