Tender description

The purpose of this service is to assess the English proficiency levels of adults in a context where English is learned and used as a foreign language. Interested suppliers must provide a reliable and validated placement or proficiency tool to determine a learner's current level of English proficiency. The tool must be accessible remotely on mobile devices. It will be used for a large group of adult beneficiaries, who may require a step-by-step guide to complete the test.<br />The selected supplier will sign a framework agreement that will serve as an overarching contract for the entire service, with a maximum duration of three years. Once the framework agreement is signed, the supplier and the British Council will execute call-off contracts based on the specific and actual business needs of the British Council. These contracts will outline the precise services to be delivered by the supplier, who will be responsible for their implementation. The British Council will be responsible for compensating the supplier for the services delivered only under these contracts.<br />Interested suppliers must be legally constituted entities domiciled in Colombia or the UK, with a corporate purpose directly related to the contractual purpose of this Invitation to Tender.<br />
