Short Term Enablement (STE) service for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A) Lot 1: Suffolk County Council wishes to direct award a 12 month contract to the incumbent supplier Leading Lives to undertake a full review of the current reablement and information, advice, guidance offers in place for people with LD & A in Suffolk alongside understanding the full financial implications of making any changes to the STE service to ensure, that longer term commissioning intentions for the service can be appropriately developed and any risks to proposed changes mitigated for
