Public Relations and Communications Services in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Canada, and the Americas

Tender description

The British Council in the Americas seeks to contract specialized agencies to provide public relations and communications (internal and external) services. It requires a medium/ large agency with local PR and Communications expertise for Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Canada under a multi-provider framework agreement. This tender is divided into four lots: lot 1 will be Brazil, lot 2 will be Mexico, lot 3 will be Colombia, and lot 4 will be Canada. We are looking for suppliers with specialists’ knowledge in each lot they apply for, but also can cover other countries in the region through Newswire. Suppliers can apply for one or more lots if they have an office and PR and Comms specialists’ knowledge in the specified country from that Lot and can bill in from that specific country.<br /><br />Services procured will assist the British Council Marketing and Communications team in service key programmes, business activities across the above countries, and specifics on the rest of the Americas. Through this work, the selected agencies will ensure that the British Council can deliver full service to their key audiences, which are B2G, B2B and B2C, but not limited from PR and communications strategy development to implementation and evaluation for all business units (corporate, cultural engagement, teaching centre, exams).<br /><br />The British Council is the UK’s international cultural relations and educational opportunities organization.
