Tender description

This qualification system is introduced to be able to tender for several (framework) agreements and or Tender contracts for Provision of all Fleet related requirements (Supply and Services) to Uisce Éireann (but not limited to) service areas detailed below Title of Procurement Provision of all Fleet related requirements (Supply and Services) to Uisce Éireann areas detailed below: (but not limited to) • maintenance • tyre inspections, replacement and puncture repair service (including mobile unit response). • Preventative Maintenance Inspections as per SI 348 of 2013 (conducted at both suppliers premises, or Uisce Éireann depots). • Statutory inspection of ancillary equipment installed on UÉ Fleet, e.g. chassis mounted cranes, tail-lifts, pressure vessels, superstructure inspections etc. • 24/7 breakdown service (LCV’s/HGV’s/Mobile Equipment and Plant) • motor tax • Commercial vehicle roadworthiness testing along with administration of CVRT discs and certificates • fuel cards, including provision for purchasing new sustainable fuels as they become available, e.g. HVO. • toll tags • accident management • remarketing and auctioning of fleet • reserve vehicle management • short/medium/long term hire of fleet (LCV’s/HGV’s/Mobile Equipment and Plant) • fleet advisory services/ Fleet consultancy services, e.g. Accident investigation and Ergonomic assessments • provision of fleet administration support staff. • telematics, along with driver safety aids and dash cam solutions • fleet training (as per UÉ Fleet Training Catalogue) • Fleet purchase and supply of LCV’s/HGV’s/Mobile Equipment and Plant, including running mini-tender competitions, plus ordering said fleet on behalf of Uisce Éireann • Fit-out of the above fleet. • warranty and goodwill claims handling • manufacture vehicle recalls • Transport of fleet nationwide • EV chargers (home/office/depot, both AC and DC) and EV Charge Card solution for using public network, plus home charger expenditure driver reimbursement functionality. • Supply of fleet management equipment, e.g. weight plates, jump packs, portable DC fast EV chargers, tool kits etc. Development, supply and integration of a fleet management IT system with centralised invoicing functionality
