Tender description

The Scottish Government (SG) requires suitably qualified professionals to work together with and support internal colleagues on the development of an Outline Business Case (OBC) and Final Business Case (FBC) for the Agricultural Reform Programme which will replace the CAP support. The requirement will be for an OBC and FBC in accordance with best practice and HM Treasury ‘Green Book’ guidance, incorporating the Treasury’s five case model.
