Tender description
The Supplier will undertake an update of Southampton City Council's Asset Management plan for corporate and operations stock, focusing on confirming the recommendations for retaining, disposing and developing the sites. Lot 1: The Task Order has been awarded in accordance with the Framework Agreement between Scape Procure Limited and Perfect Circle JV Ltd dated 29th January 2021 and the Option G Delivery Agreement between Perfect Circle JV Ltd and Southampton City Council dated 25th November 2021.
