WCBC is establishing the DPS to provide a compliant procurement route for the execution of Childminding Provision – Flying Start. This service will exist as a Lot within the wider Childcare DPS offered by WCBC. The DPS will provide an unlimited number of suitably qualified and experienced Childminding Providers (referred to as Potential Providers).
