Tender description
The Client invites tenders to provide the service for an ICT in relation to the refurbishment of Ballymena Town Centre multi-storey car park. The tender is for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) who must work with the Capital Works Manager, Capital Works Team or his designate to ensure all duties required under this appointment are being carried out to the satisfaction of the Employer. The Client requires consultancy assistance to deliver a refurbishment of an existing multi-storey car park, as set out in PSC Scope Part A – Overarching Requirements under RIBA Stage 2-6.
