Delivering a coaching development programme for up to twelve Local Government Association Planning Officer/Manager Peers to enable them to support local government planning managers as part of a national pilot Mentoring/Coaching Framework. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
