To support & inform statutory requirements, strategic drivers such as Priority Setting, Contact Management, Legitimacy, Trust, Reassurance, and Problem Solving. This document has been prepared to provide suppliers with initial material to aid them in understanding the requirement for Hertfordshire Constabulary regarding a Customer Insight Platform that captures the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE). The platform will enable Hertfordshire Constabulary to gain insights from anybody who lives, works, studies or travels through Hertfordshire. The platform is also required to obtain the Voice of the Employee and insights from partner agencies.
