Collection and recycling of previously collected and segregated plastics/cartons and large hard plastics Lot 1: Lot 1 - Sale of Plastics/Cartons The Council is seeking to establish a contract with a service provider who will ‘buy’ from the Council, previously collected and segregated plastics/cartons for recycling.
