Tender description
BCP Council is seeking bids from suppliers to operate either bar or hospitality service at nominated sites for the Air Festival. This will be awarded on a site-by-site basis. There are five lots available:\r \r Lot 1 - Bournemouth Pier \r Lot 2 - Casual Seating Area\r Lot 3 - Hospitality \r Lot 4 - Boscombe Food and Bar\r Lot 5 - East Overcliff (Top of East Cliff Zigzag)\r \r The Bournemouth Air Festival will run for 3 days this year Thursday 29th August - Saturday 31st August 2024.\r Additional information: Suppliers interested in this opportunity can access the full procurement documentation by visiting BCP Council's Tendering system www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk Suppliers should search for the opportunity through Supplying the South West.
