The first development consists of 4 No. bungalows, with minor demolishment, refurbishment, and construction of an extension to an existing bungalow, formation of new entrance and service road and all associated site works at 157 Barrack road, Kilnaleck. The second development consists of the demolition, renovation and extension of an existing two storey premises to form 4 no. maisonette units and the construction of a new two storey unit consisting of 4 no. maisonette, connect to existing public services and all ancillary and associated works at premises known as Briody Hardware, Main St, Kilnaleck, Co.
