Southwark Council is keen to engage with leading and reputable providers in relation to its recommissioning of support, housing and resettlement services for children and young people looked after, care leavers and young people who are homeless in Southwark who are aged 16 to 25 years. The Council is seeking your input and views as we want to work with partners to help shape these services.
