About the buyer

NPTC Group of Colleges is a Welsh further education college group in Neath, formed in 2013 from Neath Port Talbot College and Coleg Powys. Crescent Purchasing Consortium has run a procurement on the college's behalf. Preliminary market engagement notices have preceded larger tenders, such as telephone systems in 2026. Earlier large contracts used a two-stage restricted procedure.

Over the past 5 years, most of NPTC Group of Colleges's contract awards have been in software and information systems and IT services.
