Traditional built, Single Storey New Build Carbon Neutral facility Solar energy assessment required to meet carbon positive outcome Additional information Demolition and removal of existing canteen facilities Full surveys - topographical, demolition, refurbishment / asbestos Energy assessments Drainage and plumbing assessment Contract type - JCT D&B As Amended. Contract Start: August 2024 46 Weeks
