Exeter City Council is undertaking an early-market engagement exercise in relation the future refurbishment of a small but popular water play facility at Heavitree Play Area in the heart of Exeter (EX1 3DS). Interested parties are invited to complete a short questionnaire that will be used to inform a potential future procurement exercise later this summer.
