North Region – Northern Ireland External Refurbishment to 57 no. properties • Replace all windows and doors to main dwelling, including any doors & windows to garages, stores and passageway doors and gates • Itemised replacement of ‘up & over’ garage doors • Repair and redecoration of render to improve overall street view • Render & decoration of ground floor front elevation to 10 no. properties • Itemised replacement of passageway gates • Install metsec infill panels to windows at itemised properties Amey have been tasked by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the Future Defence Infrastructure Service to deliver the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central and North Regions.
