Tender description
Sheffield City Council are looking to engage with a suitable third party to assist us with developing the Sheffield brand and a promotion campaign. This will include: 1. Development of the brand 2. External audience definition work 3. Campaign propositions / jump off points 4. A visit (city breaks?) campaign.
