Tender description
As part of this model we are seeking the provision of a solution around remote contact. As detailed in the specification below we would like a solution that would allow for remote contact with our service users, via video and audio calls. We would also want to ensure that these devices could be used by St Helens MBC and our partners to complete remote assessment of peoples’s needs PLEASE NOTE: A;; Expressions of Interest are to be submitted via The Chest Portal by 12:00 noon on 2nd February 2024 All clarification questions are to via the messaging facility on the Portal Keywords: CARE, TECHNOLOGY
