We are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent to provide a consultancy service for a potential affordable housing scheme in Allithwaite, Cumbria. South Lakes Housing are working with the landowner to bring forward a parcel of land on the periphery of the village settlement boundary.
