ASC team: 12m of funds to be given out this contracting is for the manegement of the funds going out, will need grant agreement alongside too *25.10.23- working with CAB on funding/approvals as Prof serv case only 600k-1.6m, fund spend is 12m, and going thru treasury approval, updated overall spend envelope to 13m as may come back as 13m prof serv contract [all incl]
