Tender description
Supports our critical Microsoft infrastructure which includes (but is not limited to: Central infrastructure for access and entitlement, Email services, CVS, FTTS, Contact Centre, ANPR. This Support Agreement works alongside our Enterprise Agreements for M365 Office/Dynamics/AWS contract offering us support for training/system related issues, where technical expertise beyond DVSA capability is required.
