About the buyer
Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) is a charitable community benefit society based in Cardiff. CCHA owns and manages homes in south-east Cardiff, from its head office on Dowlais Road. CCHA has set up a ten-lot framework of contractors for reactive repairs and maintenance. Those contractors supplement CCHA's own maintenance team. Recent tenders cover lift maintenance, audit services, software licences, asbestos removal and the refurbishment of empty homes.
Over the past 5 years, most of CCHA's contract awards have been in business services, repair and maintenance and construction work.
