ESB proposes to establish a Qualification System under a negotiated procedure for Construction of Greenfield Civil Works Projects in the Republic of Ireland. It is currently envisaged that the Projects to be tendered under this Qualification System will be for the construction of distribution and transmission Substation buildings however the Contracting Entity may procure the construction of other Greenfield Civil Works projects under this Qualification System.
