EST WORKS - Connolly Hospital Generator Resilience Project (including PSCS)

About the buyer

Health Service Executive runs Ireland's public health service, and buys as a central healthcare organisation through a dedicated national procurement team. HSE is described as the State's largest public sector purchaser. HSE Procurement, the central commercial team, negotiates national framework agreements and manages large contracts. Individual hospitals, community health bodies and local HSE regions can source lower-value contracts directly.

Over the past 5 years, most of HSE's contract awards have been in construction work, electrical equipment and lighting and business services.
