About the buyer

Link Group Ltd is a housing association group based in Edinburgh that buys goods and services from external contractors and suppliers. Suppliers can sign up there to receive notifications of contract opportunities. Bidders follow the instructions in each Contract Notice or advert. A published procurement strategy sets out the group's approach to buying. Link has run frameworks for civil and structural and for mechanical and electrical engineering on new build housing.

Over the past 5 years, most of Link Group Ltd's contract awards have been in architectural and engineering services and waste, cleaning and environmental services.
