Further Competition under Framework Ref:TC886 Framework Title: Highways Construction Works Framework. To provide traffic calming/ cycle lane/ safe crossing/ junction improvement- highway improvements works as part of the scheme to promote active travel. Note: We are accepting bids for this opportunity via Lots 1 or 2, however for the avoidance of doubt, there is only a single opportunity.
