About the buyer

Monaghan County Council is the local authority for County Monaghan, buying through its corporate services team. Framework arrangements negotiated by the Office of Government Procurement cover many high-spend categories. Individual directorates such as housing and roads commission works within that policy.

Mini-competitions for plant hire and building works run through the SupplyGov platform.

Over the past 5 years, most of Monaghan County Council's contract awards have been in architectural and engineering services, construction work and transport equipment.
