Tender description
Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), as the contracting authority for Greater Manchester Police, will shortly undertake a competitive procurement to appoint a Recovery Operator(s) to provide and fully manage an effective Vehicle Recovery Service to service the 11 Districts within Greater Manchester. GMP wishes to conduct a formal market engagement event, which will be open to all interested Recovery Operators.
