About the buyer

Northern Housing Consortium runs NHC Procurement, its central purchasing body for housing associations and public bodies across the UK. Framework places close to new suppliers once a competition ends. Dynamic purchasing systems remain open to new suppliers on a rolling basis. A dedicated account executive team supports members and suppliers across the UK. Approved suppliers undergo ongoing assessment and monitoring once appointed to a framework.

Over the past 5 years, most of Northern Housing Consortium's contract awards have been in repair and maintenance, financial and insurance services and waste, cleaning and environmental services.
