Including capture of reporting and analytics requirements that need to feed into target architecture 2. Including current state architecture, processes, technology, team structure and data requirements 3. Development of business use cases which can be used to shape Architecture and modelling work going forward as well as change management 4. To agree a target architecture that meets the business vision and strategic objectives of SDS. This target architecture will ensure that any proposed solution designs are governed and aligned against it (for example use of specific integration patterns, use of master data, consideration of reporting platforms etc.). The target architecture should address SDS’s future needs for unstructured/big data storage
