Cambridgeshire County Council's farm estate is 34,000 acres (13,400 ha) with 160 farm tenants it is the largest of its kind in England and Wales. This is a tender for No 1 Middlemere Farm, Soham - Dwelling refurbishment Contractors submitting tenders will need to provide evidence that they possess CHAS accreditation (no alternatives acceptable) OPEN MORNING - Contractors are invited to an open morning 21st February between 9am - 11am.
