Tender description
The Contract will be used to support delivery of domestic retrofit works that are designated by the City of Wolverhampton Council (the Council). Such works will include: - Delivery of LAD3/HUG1 which is administered by the Council through funding from the Sustainable Warmth Competition (SWC), and any future funding also administered by SWC - Any additional domestic retrofit schemes delivered through the Council The contract, subject to requirement and at the Council's discretion can be used to deliver retrofit works for: 1. Owner-occupier properties 2. Private rented properties 3. Social rented properties
