About the buyer

Nottinghamshire County Council is a local authority whose procurement runs through a single, award-winning centralised team. The procurement team is organised into categories that mirror the council's own service areas, spanning adult social care, children's and cultural services, the chief executive's office and place-based services.

A procurement pipeline lists contracts due for re-tender and new projects over the next two years, and is refreshed annually.

Over the past 5 years, most of Nottinghamshire County Council's contract awards have been in health and social work, transport equipment and architectural and engineering services.
