Welsh Ministers (hereinafter referred to the “The Client”) to establish a contract for SRO Learning Offer. The Client requires an organisation to develop and deliver learning & development solutions to support SROs as part of wider PPM and Policy learning offers. The solutions should include: a. An Introduction to the SRO role b. In-depth training for experienced SROs c. Action Learning Sets
