Tender description
British Council runs a wide range of programmes across Rwanda and requires independent support for lively, engaging and informed audio and visual content for it’s programmes to publish on British Council website and other communication channels both on and offline.<br />This request for proposal aims to build a pool of associates with expertise to carry out professional services in both photography, videography livestreaming when demands arise from British Council projects to support the delivery of marketing and communication requirements for programmes across Rwanda.<br />
