Tender description
We require an organisation to propose an innovative model of delivery which will add value to the Resilient Communities programme, supporting the community facilities and activities objectives. This project is being funded from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund as part of the Bridgend Shared Prosperity Framework. The project must contribute towards one, more than one, or all, of the following interventions: • Enhanced support for existing cultural, historic and heritage institutions that make up the local cultural heritage offer, including improvements to access to sites to counter the effects of isolation, particularly for older people and disabled people. • Design and management of the built and landscaped environment to ‘design out crime’. • Support for local arts, cultural, heritage and creative activities. • Support for active travel enhancements and other small-scale sustainable transport infrastructure projects, in accordance with Wales Transport Strategy. • Investment and support for digital connectivity for local community facilities. This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
