Call off from North Northamptonshire Council Provision of Independent Living for Care and Support Framework

North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) (hereafter referred to as “The Council”) invites quotations for the provision Call Offs under the North Northamptonshire Council Provision of Independent Living with Care and Support Services<br /><br />The Independent Living (with Care and Support) Framework will incorporate a simple and cost-effective process of calling off services from providers via the procedures stated in this document. The Council are carrying out call offs for care and support services in a number of Independent Living schemes in conjunction with the Framework application process. Providers are asked to submit innovate proposals through the mini-competition process for three Independent Living (Extra Care) scheme lots, that support people aged 55 and over within existing accommodation. <br /><br />The three Lots are as follows: <br /><br />• Lot 1 - Rosewood Court, Wellingborough<br />• Lot 2 - Sunley Court, Kettering<br />• Lot 3 - Imperial Court, Rushden <br /><br />The Service will be procured via a mini competition from the North Northamptonshire Council Provision of Independent Living with Care and Support Services Framework. <br /><br />Potential Providers who apply to the Call Off for Care and Support Services <br />Lot 1- Rosewood Court<br />Lot 2 – Sunley Court<br />Lot 3 – Imperial Court <br /><br />Potential Providers who apply for the above LOTS and do NOT apply to the North Northamptonshire Council provision of Independent Living with Care and Support Services Framework will not be considered for this Call Off and excluded from the process. <br /><br />
