Tender description
Telecoms is a specialist area of surveying and following the introduction of the Telecoms Code in 2017, has become an extremely complex and fast changing area of law. Consequently, the Estates team require expert advice when dealing with landlord and tenant matters relating to Telecoms agreements, to ensure the Council are obtaining the best terms and rents possible.
