In summary, the works comprise of: - Over-cladding of 1690m2 section of existing asbestos roof of workshop building with single skin steel cladding. Roof section includes 3 pitches, 2 ridges and a valley. - Works will involve working with asbestos containing materials - Working at height to be allowed for when pricing.
