Tender description
The Provider will aim to provide a minimum of 1000 frontline staff working across Southwark Council, commissioned, public sector and VCS services with the skills, knowledge, confidence, motivation, physical resources and social environment to be able to use the Making Every Contact Count approach and improve the signposting of residents to relevant services.
