Swansea Council is looking at creating a framework of suitable contractors to carry out the renewal of Cavity Wall Ties & Cavity Wall Insulation Removal. The framework will be split into 2 Lots. Lot 1 - Capital Planned Works & Lot 2 - Reactive/Responsive Works
